ed="R059" n="0871b06"/>如人毁足不堪有所涉毁戒亦如是不得生天人 <lb ed="X" n="0246c22"/><lb ed="R059" n="0871b07"/>尙不生止况<persName>佛</persName>菩萨又<persName>佛</persName>之三身自于三聚而得 <lb ed="X" n="0246c23"/><lb ed="R059" n="0871b12"/>有在本识中一类相续二即习所成性即发大心 <lb ed="X" n="0247a04"/><lb ed="R059" n="0871b13"/>後令本识中无漏种子体性增长种子者因義由 <lb ed="X" n="0247a05"/><lb ed="R059" n="0871b14"/>有理性苟异木石由本种故致招现习因此得<persName>佛</persName> <lb ed="X" n="0247a06"/><lb ed="R059" n="0871b15"/>号为种子四一切众生下明所化意皆有<persName>佛</persName>性者 <lb ed="X" n="0247a07"/><lb ed="R059" n="0871b16"/>意曰菩萨以有<persName>佛</persName>性故持戒持戒故得为<persName>佛</persName>菩萨 <lb ed="X" n="0247a08"/><lb ed="R059" n="0871b17"/>汝等既有<persName>佛</persName>性亦可持戒齐于上士然上云<persName>佛</persName>性 <lb ed="X" n="0247a09"/><lb ed="R059" n="0871b18"/>是行性行性即戒也此言<persName>佛</persName>性是理性也理性即 <lb ed="X" n="0247a10"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a01"/>非戒文同意异愼勿滥之一切意识等者释成可 <lb ed="X" n="0247a11"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a02"/>受戒之相意即第七识即前六色即五根及根依 <lb ed="X" n="0247a12"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a03"/>处心即第八此等和合方曰众生是情是心者于 <lb ed="X" n="0247a13"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a04"/>上众生中不拣高卑妍愧但论是有情是有心者 <lb ed="X" n="0247a14"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a05"/>皆入等者戒能防非通于三业摄所从能故名为 <lb ed="X" n="0247a15"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a06"/>入又曰三聚戒中摄取众生得名为入以予之意 <lb ed="X" n="0247a16"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a07"/>谓一切众生平等一性<anchor ed="R059" n="0872a14"/>当常住法身者戒之果也十地之中分分证得故 <lb ed="X" n="0247a24"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a15"/>曰当当又戒与法身各有三种由有律仪戒为因 <pb ed="X" xml:id="X38.0682.0247b" n="0247b"/> <lb ed="X" n="0247b01"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a16"/>故住真如法身由有摄善戒为因故住受用法身 <lb ed="X" n="0247b02"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a17"/>由有摄生戒为因故住变化法身以各不一故皆 <lb ed="X" n="0247b03"/><lb ed="R059" n="0872a18"/>重言言常住者凝然不断相续如次是三法身皆 <lb ed="X" n="0251a16"/><lb ed="R059" n="0880a07"/><cb:div type="commentary"><p xml:id="pX38p0251a1601">释曰菩萨即持戒之人应起下能救之心一切众 <lb ed="X" n="0251a17"/><lb ed="R059" n="0880a08"/>生所救之境谓前一切有命之者于中有临命者 <lb ed="X" ed="R059" n="0880b05"/>自者两意谓尙合救生而今害生是一反也此唯 <lb ed="X" n="0251b09"/><lb ed="R059" n="0880b06"/>反字尙合教他不教而今自行其杀是二反也此 <lb ed="X" n="0251b10"/><lb ed="R059" xml:id="pX38p0253c0201">释曰外道是<persName>佛</persName>法外恶人二乘是<persName>佛</persName>法内恶人以 <lb ed="X" n="0253c03"/><lb ed="R059" n="0885a06"/>不信大乘皆恶人故故法花中不令亲近<persName>佛</persName>法中 <lb ed="X" n="0253c04"/><lb ed="R059" n="0885a07"/>者通大小乘谓外道即兼说大小之过小乘即多 <lb ed="X" n="0253c05"/><lb ed="R059" n="0885a08"/>说大乘之过亦兼说自乘中过以诸部异故教化 <lb ed="X" n="0253c06"/><lb ed="R059" n="0885a09"/>者谓种种方便譬喩言词恶人辈者即上二种善 <lb ed="X" n="0253c07"/><lb ed="R059" n="0885a10"/>信者即实信也又不信大乘不名善故能信难信 <lb ed="X" n="0253c08"/><lb ed="R059" n="0885a11"/>一乘法故实教大乘即一乘故此中有能化所化 <lb ed="X" n="0886b01"/>一切给予该于二施之中复有多种所谓财有金 <lb ed="X" n="0254b05"/><lb ed="R059" n="0886b02"/>帛财物之异法有一三五乘之殊须者施之故云 <lb ed="X" n="0254b06"/><lb ed="R059" n="0886b03"/>一切给予又要帛者不可与钱乐大者不可与小 <lb ed="X"
